Embrace the Camera

I'm joining Emily over at The Anderson Crew. Every week she host Embrace the Camera; I link up to encourage us moms (or dads) to get out from behind the camera and be in the picture! Lately I have noticed I'm not in very many pictures, so here we go!

This week we went on a family day trip! After shooting a bunch of pictures of my DH and my babies I decided to get in one picture :)

My little helper!

My Man Cub loves to help me in the kitchen! He has amazing focus and spent 30 minutes unrolling rolos for me (amazing coordination!), washed some dishes, and then as a reward I let him lick the spatula! He has never licked the chocolate of a spatula and boy did he enjoy himself .... that is until he looked in the mirror :)

Making It Count: Double Cookies and Cream Brownies

So I am joining Sarah and Pam for Making it Count! The goal is to make your time online count. That's right do those projects, recipes and other wonderful ideas you find online :)

 

I found this awesome recipe at Picky Palate. SO YUMMY :) I did make one small tweak; I doubled the recipe. An 8x8 pan just isn't enough. So I doubled the recipe, put it in a 9x13 pan, and cooked it for the full 30 min. PERFECTION!! The best part was that the Man Cub wanted to help. He loves helping in the kitchen and is really good about not eating while cooking!

Haircuts

That's right my four month old Chunky Monkey got his first Haircut!!! It wasn't much, but he was sporting some serious dreads :) So we had our Auntie (who's currently going to cosmetology school) cut them off!! You can't really tell he's had a haircut; he just looks like every other bald 4 month old!

   

    

  

First Day - April
